“一国四席”应在WTO框架内建立自由贸易区

One Country with Four Seats:Free Trade Zone of the Four in WTO Framework

中国作为一个主权国家，在ＷＴＯ中拥有四个席位，需要在ＷＴＯ框架内建立一种既能体现“一国”又能反映“四席”的单独关税区之间经贸关系的互动模式，以区别于一般的ＷＴＯ成员间的关系。本文主张在租国大陆、台湾、香港、澳门之间，用自由贸易区的模式来界定彼此的关系。这一举措在ＷＴＯ成员国中将是一个创举。

As a sovereignty state, China has four seats in WTO, so a mechanism is needed to cater to the needs of the four-party economic relations which reflects the one country model while also reflects the four independent customs regions, so as to distinquish the mechanism for China's economic relations with the other members of WTO outside China. The present text proposes to set up a free trade zone for all the four WTO member of China and examines various factors for this proposition.
