摘要
目的:研究降糖御消颗粒对正常大鼠和高血糖大鼠的降糖作用及其对血清胰岛素的影响。方法:建立高血糖模型,将降糖御消颗粒制成水溶液给受试动物灌胃,测定其血糖、血清胰岛素等。结果:降糖御消颗粒对正常大鼠无降糖作用,对化学性损伤引起的高血糖动物的血糖明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时使相应的血清胰岛素显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:降糖御消颗粒对实验性糖尿病大鼠有明显降糖作用,并可促进胰岛素分泌。
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic action of the Jiang Tang Yu Xiao( JTYX) granules on normal and hyperglycemia rats as well as the effect on their serum insulin.Methods:The water solution prepared from JTYX granules was introgastrically administrated into hyperglycemia rats,the fasting blood glucose and serum insulin were determined. Results:The JTYX granules administrated introgastrically markedly reduced the fasting blood glucose of hyperglycemia rats (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and by contrast, its increased the correspondent serum insulin (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), while its did not show any hypoglycemic effect on normal rats.Conclusion: JTYX granules have significant effect in lowering blood glucose on hyperglycemia rats and promoting their secretion of serum insulin.
