大鼠磨牙被钻磨后牙髓中诱导型热休克蛋白70 mRNA的表达

摘要 目的 :探讨热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )与牙髓自我保护的关系 ,以及HSP70表达是否存在阈值。方法 :将SD大鼠分为浅磨组、深磨组和对照组 ,采用原位杂交方法观察大鼠磨牙受到钻磨刺激后 4h ,HSP70mRNA是否表达以及在大鼠牙髓中的杂交定位。结果 :HSP70在浅磨组与正常对照组牙髓中呈阴性A ,在深磨组牙髓中呈阳性。分布于成牙本质细胞、牙髓成纤维细胞和血管平滑肌细胞及内皮细胞。结论 :牙髓组织受外界刺激时 ,可诱导HSP70表达。诱导型HSP70的表达可能存在阈值。进一步研究制洞深度与HSP70表达的相关性 。 AIM: To investigate the relationship between HSP70 and dental pulp self protection, and to explore whether there is an expressing threshold of HSP70 . METHODS: The expression of inductive HSP70 mRNA and its allocation in rat dental pulp were observed by hybridization in situ 4 hours after the molars had been burred superficially,deeply or without treating. RESULTS: The HSP70 mRNA expression of both the control and the superficially-drilled groups were negative, whereas that of the deeply-drilled group was positive. The positive signs were present in the odontoblasts, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells of the deeply-drilled groups. CONCLUSION: These results indicated that the dental pulp cells can induce the expression of HSP70 after injuried by exogeneous factors, and there may be a threshold for the inductive HSP70 expression. Which can be used as an index to investigate the correlation between the HSP70 expression and the depth of drilling, as a guide in clinic operations.
