摘要
所有器官发育过程中的形态发生和细胞分化都是由细胞和组织之间的交互作用来调控的。牙齿也不例外。长期以来人们试图揭示这种交互作用的分子机制 ,近几年研究的重点逐渐集中在调控牙齿发育的信号分子上。
Morphogenesisandcelldifferentiationduringthedevelopmentofallorgans,includingthetooth ,areregu latedbyinteractionsbetweencellsandtissues .Thedevelopingtoothisoneoftheorgansinwhichthemolecularmechanisms ofsuchinteractionsarestartingtobeelucidated .Inrecentyearsthefocushasbeeninstudiesondiffusiblesignalmolecules. Homeoboxgenesandgrowthfactorsplayakeyroleinregulationofearlytoothdevelopment.
