摘要
目的 :研究延生口服液的最佳工艺条件。方法 :采用L9(34)正交试验法 ,以总固体为筛选指标 ;考察乙醇浓度对有效成分的影响。结果 :煎煮次数 (D )对总固体含量有显著性影响 (P<0.01)。乙醇浓度升高 ,有效成分鉴别反应明显。结论 :延生口服液应以80 %乙醇渗漉 ,提取的最佳工艺条件为A2B2C1D3。
OBJECTIVE:To study the optimum conditions for extracting the effective components in Yansheng oral liquidMETHODS:Using orthogonal design L9(34),the content of total solid was taken as the screening indexInfluence of the concentration of alcohol on effective components was observedRESULTS:The number of times of extraction(D) had significant influence on the content of total solid(P<001)The concentration of alcohol obviously increased the identification reaction of the effective componentsCONCLUSION:80% alcohol should be used as percolating solution and A2B2C1D3 is the best extraction condition for Yansheng oral liquid
