鼻炎宁颗粒剂提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Technique of Biyanning Granules

目的 :研究医院制剂鼻炎宁颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺。方法 :采用正交设计L9(34)方法 ,筛选出最佳提取条件 ,并采用高效液相色谱法测定了该制剂主药白芷中欧前胡素含量。结果 :鼻炎宁颗粒剂中欧前胡素提取率为57 66 %。结论 :采取正交设计筛选出的最佳提取方法较好 ,工艺可行。

OBJECTIVE:To find out the optimal extraction technique for Biyanning granulesMETHODS:According to the orthogonal design L9(34),the optimal extraction technique was sought through experimental investigation,and the content of the imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,a main herb in Biyanning granules,was determined by HPLCRESULTS:With the optimal extraction method,the extraction rate of the imperatorin in Biyanning granules was 5766%CONCLUSION:The results indicates that the extraction technique which we found out is optimal and feasible in extraction of Biyanning granules
