1998年～2000年重庆地区医院用药情况分析

Analysis of the Situation of Drugs Used in Chongqing District During the Period 1998～2000

目的 :客观评价重庆地区医院用药态势。方法 :以《长江流域医院用药分析系统》数据为基础 ,对重庆地区1998年～2000年医院用药情况进行分析。结果 :1998年～2000年药品销售总金额呈逐年递增趋势 ;3年中 ,国产药市场份额呈上升趋势 ,进口药呈下降、平稳态势 ,合资药呈逐年下降趋势 ;100家销售额领先厂商中 ,国内厂商与国外厂商构成比为4∶1 ;1998年～2000年销售额领先的100家厂商中 ,重庆制药企业排前10位的有4家。结论 :重庆当地制药企业有较大发展 ,重庆地区医院喜欢选用地产药品。

OBJECTIVE:To objectively evaluate the situation of drugs used in Chongqing DistrictMETHODS:Based on the data from Analysis System of Drug-use in the Yangtse River Valley,the situation of drugs used in Chongqing District in the period 1998～2000 was analysedRESULTS:The total value of sales of drugs was increasing year by year in 1998～2000The domestic products had a tendency of increase,the imported products remained stable and the products of joint ventures exhibited a decreasing tendency in the share of the market over the period of 3 yearsIn the 100 enterprises which had the lead in the value of sales of drugs,the component ratio of domestic enterprises to foreign ones was 4∶1Among the 100 enterprises which took the lead in value of sales,4 enterprises in Chongqing took their places in the first 10 pharmaceutical enterprisesCONCL_USION:The pharmaceutical enterprises in Chongqing have achieved considerable developmentThe hospitals in Chongqing District have an inclination for local products
