应用白细胞直方图观察血液分析影响因素

Application of WBC Curves in Blood Analysis

目的 探讨白细胞直方图在判断血液分析准确性方面的作用。方法 对各种类型白细胞直方图进行观察 ,同时 ,以手工方法进行白细胞计数及分类 ,进行对比分析。结果 在疾病及仪器出现故障时 ,显示与正常情况不同的直方图 ,白细胞直方图与血液分析准确性有关。结论 仔细观察白细胞直方图 ,可以把握仪器工作状态 ,提高检验质量。血液分析过程中出现的异常白细胞直方图应引进高度重视。

AimTo survey the function of WBC curves in blood analysis.Methods The results and curves of WBC during blood analysis were observed, while manual WBC count and differentiation was done. Results:WBC curves showed abnormal change in patients or error instruments;same samples or same instrument state showed same or alike WBC curves and WBC curves was related to analysis quality.Conclusions It is available to observe WBC curves in blood analysis and abnormal WBC curves should be payed more attention.
