摘要
目的 对电泳后的碱性磷酸酶 ( ALP)同工酶进行定量分析测定 ,用于鉴别诊断肝、骨疾病。方法 总 ALP活性用日立 747测定 ,将收集的 ALP总活性升高的血清用神经氨酸酶处理后 ,在 HELENA电泳仪上做琼脂糖电泳。结果 电泳后可将 AL P同工酶分成几个独立的区带 ,其中以肝型及骨型 AL P为主 ,可用于鉴别肝脏疾病、骨疾病及癌症骨转移疾病。结论 神经氨酸酶处理的血清经电泳后 ,能够更加准确的为 ALP总活性升高的患者确诊。
Aim Agarose gel electrophoresis of ALP isoenzymes was performed within lh after measurement of total ALP activity.We quantified each isoenzyme in order to diagnose disease of liver and bone.Methods Fresh sera were measured with HITACHI-747 then collect raising specimen of total ALP activity.The sera handled by neuraminidase are analyzed with HELENA eletrophoresis.Results Isoenzymes of alkaline phosphatase could be resolved into a few independent zones by electrophoresis.Especially bone type and liver type were major and would be distinguish liver disease,bone disease or the bone metastasis of carcinoma.Conclusions Treatment with neuraminidase applied to improve the separation between bone and liver ALP,make a definite diagnosis for patients.
