立体定向放射神经外科治疗松果体区肿瘤 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨X刀治疗松果体区肿瘤的可行性。方法 :使用X -刀立体定向放射神经外科方法治疗松果体区肿瘤 86例 ,平均随访时间为 2 4个月 ,5 5月 (6 - 42月 )。结果 :大多数病例在治疗后一个月出现明显的症状改善和影像学检查显示病灶缩小或消失等改变。结论 :X -刀立体定向放射神经外科治疗松果体区肿瘤是一种安全和有效的方法。 Objective:To study the reliabity of X-knife stereotatic radioneurosurgery of the pineal region tumor.Method:86 cases of X-Knife treatment were taken,using the standard axial serial CT scan for stereotactic localization,the targets were localized by the BRW coordinate system.Radionics RSA-3 X-Knife treatment planning system were used to make plan,Philips SL-75-14 Linac was used to produce X-ray.Result:After treatment,follow-up ranged 3-36 months(mean 15 month),most of the patients showed improvements within 1-6 months.Conclusion:It has been proved that the X-Knife treatment for tumors in the pineal region might be an effective,economical and reliable method.
