摘要
目的 探讨红细胞内钙 (E Ca2 + )和红细胞变形性 (RCD)在高血压危象中的意义及二者之间的关系。方法 测定高血压病及高血压危象患者E Ca2 + 、RCD和血液黏度。结果 高血压病患者发生高血压危象时 ,E Ca2 + 、RCD和血液黏度明显增加 ,钙泵活性下降 ,E Ca2 + 与RCD间存在正相关 ,RCD与舒张压存在负相关。
Objective To study the signifcance and relationship of erythrocyte calcium (E Ca 2+ )and red cell deformability(RCD) in patients with hypertensive crisis. Methods E Ca 2+ ,RCD and the whole blood viscosity were measured in patients with hypertension and hypertensive crisis. Results When patients with hypertension devoloped hypertensive crisis, E Ca 2+ ,RCD and the whole blood viscosity were increased significantly, the activity of Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase was decreased ,there was positive relationship between E Ca 2+ and RCD and negative relationship between RCD and diastolic pressure. Conclusion The Calcium overload of erythrocytes is an important factor for the reduction of RCD.
