穴位注射对支气管哮喘免疫应答的研究

Clinical study of point injection on immunorespon siveness in patients with bronchial asthma

目的 :探讨穴位注射对支气管哮喘患者的治疗作用及免疫球蛋白、补体和 T淋巴细胞亚群免疫应答的可能机理。方法 :将 10 5例支气管哮喘患者随机分为穴注组 35例、肌注组 35例和针灸组 35例。前两组分别穴位和肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸 ,针灸组行针刺治疗。并观察治疗前后免疫球蛋白、补体和 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果 :三组有效率分别为穴位组 94.3% ,肌注组 5 7.1% ,针灸组 5 1.4% ,P<0 .0 1;肌注组与针灸组疗效相比无明显差异 ,P>0 .0 5 ;穴注组血清免疫球蛋白 Ig E明显下降 ,补体 C3 上升 ,T淋巴细胞 CD+ 8升高 ,CD+ 4 / CD+ 8比值减小 ,P均 <0 .0 1。三组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :支气管哮喘与免疫有关。用

Objective: It is to investigate the possible mechanism of immunoresponsiveness of immunoglobulin, complement and T Lymphocyte subgroups and the therapeutic effect of point injection on bronchial asthma. Methods:One hundred and five patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into point injection group with 35 cases, intramusular injection gronp with 35 cases, and acupuncture gronp with 35 cases. The former two groups were given BCG PSN injection by point injection and intramuscular injection respectively. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture. Before and after treatment, the changes of immunoglobulin, complement and T Lymphocyte subgroups were observed. Results:The effective rates of 3 groups were 94.3%, 57.1%, 51.4%( P <0.01).There was no significant difference in curative effect between the intramuscular injection group and the acupuncture group ( P >0.05). In the point injection group, immunoglobulin IgE reduced, complement C 3 rose and T Cell CD + 8 rose, CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio reduced ( P <0.01). There was a significant difference among the three groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Bronchial asthma is related to immunity. Using BCG PSN injection and acupuncture have an accommodate effect on humoral immunity and cellular immunity.
