摘要
社会的日趋网络化,不仅扩展了图书馆的功能,而且也改变着图书馆传统运作的方式。对此我们必须采用取相应的措施迎接这一挑战。
With network developing day by day not only the function of library is expanding but the troditional operating way of library is also changing. To meet this challenge, corresponding measures must be taken.
