农科院校与综合大学合并后 ,如何把农科学院进一步办好 ?文章从学院定位、领导班子建设、学科建设、师资队伍建设、教学管理等方面进行了探讨 ,并提出了意见和设想。

When an agricultural science institution(college/university)merged into a synthetic University,how to run it still well?In this paper,such problems as the position of the institution,The building-up of leading body,of courses of study and of a team of teachers, as well as teaching adminstration ,etc.are approached,and some tentative ideas and suggestions are put forth.
