摘要
按常规有机合成方法合成了己酸正辛酯 ,采用在KromasilC18(15 0mm× 4 6 0mm ,5 μm)柱上 ,以V(甲醇 )∶V(水 ) =95∶5为流动相及示差折光检测器的反相高效液相色谱法 ,30℃分离和测定了己酸、1 辛醇及己酸正辛酯。在选定的色谱操作条件下 ,三者具有良好的分离效果 ,并求出了三者的标准曲线方程 ,该方法具有较好的准确性和重现性。
Octyl caproate was synthesized according to the general organic synthesis.The separation and determination of caproic acid,1 octanol and octyl caproate by high performance liquid chromatography on the Kromasil C18(150 mm×4 60 mm,5 μm) column with V (methanol)∶ V (water)=95∶5 as mobile phase and with refractive index detector were also studied.Under the selected conditions of the chromatographic operation,there was fair separation of caproic acid,1 octanol and octyl caproate.The accuracy and repetition of this method were also good.
