摘要
研究从α 甲基苯乙烯用低浓度过氧乙酸环氧化制得环氧化物 ,异构化得龙葵醛 ,产率5 8 6 %。将龙葵醛用硼氢化钠还原制得龙葵醇 ,总产率 47 6 % ;由环氧化物催化加氢制得龙葵醇 ,总产率 39 5 % ;α 甲基苯乙烯经氯代、酯化、皂化得 β 亚甲基苯乙醇 ,再催化加氢亦可制得龙葵醇 ,总产率 39 0 %。
Different methods were used for synthesizing hydratropic alcohol.Hydratropic alcohol was obtained by catalytic hydragenation of epoxide which was prepared from α methylstyrene by oxidation with peracetic acid of low concentration.Total yield of this method was 39.5%. Hydratropic aldehyde was prepared by isomerization of epoxide in 58.6% yield,and hydratropic alcohol was obtained by reducing hydratropic aldehyde with sodium borohydride.Total yield of this method was 47 6%. Hydratropic alcohol was also obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of β methylenephenethyl alcohol,which was given from chlorination,esterification and saponification of α methylstyrene. Total yield of this method was 39.0%.Merits and defects of different synthetic routes were compared.
