摘要
裂解炉是乙烯装置的核心 ,裂解炉的改进对整个乙烯装置操作的经济性有直接的影响。综述了乙烯蒸汽裂解炉的辐射段炉管、急冷锅炉、燃烧器以及控制优化系统的研究现状 ,讨论了裂解炉大型化的设计及其注意事项以及裂解炉规模与乙烯装置规模之间的关系。
A cracking furnace is the core of ethylene facility, so its improvement has direct effect on operation economics of the entire facility. The research progresses of radiant coil, quench boiler, burner, control and optimization system are reviewed. Design of large cracker, points for attention and relationship between the scale of cracker and ethylene plant are discussed. Finally, how to select the optimum capacity of a cracking furnace in accord with national condition is pointed out.
