介绍了一种新的以乙二胺和环氧丙烷为原料 ,通过气液相快速接触反应合成N β 羟丙基乙二胺的技术 ,使用改进后的出气口装置以及对反应条件的讨论 ,得出最佳条件 ,使反应收率大于 85 % ,产品纯度大于 99 9%
A new technology of preparing N-(β-hydroxypropyl)-ethylene diamine by using propylene oxide and ethylene diamine via gas/liquid phase rapid contact reaction was introduced. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by using of improved devices and studying the effects of different conditions. The yield of product can reach 85% with 99.9% of purity.
