摘要
介绍丙烯酸改性沥青车底涂料的制备工艺 ,探讨了聚合工艺对乳液的影响以及乳液种类、偶联剂对涂料性能的影响。其结果 :以互穿网络乳液制得的涂料有较好的防石击性和阻尼性能 ;偶联剂用量为 1%时 ,涂料的力学性能较好。
They firstly discuss the influence of the process of polymerization on the polymer emulsion. Then, they discuss the influence of emulsion and chelating agent on the performance of coatings. Their conclusions are: coatings made with IPN emulsion has better chip resistance and shock-proofness; better mechanical performance of the coating is obtained with 1% chelating agent.
