摘要
以巯基乙酸异辛酯和氢氧化钡等为原料合成了二(巯基乙酸异辛酯)钡[简称Ba(IOTG)_2],对产品进行了红外光谱分析及熔点、热分解温度、钡含量等物化常数分析;并将它与硫醇锑复配添加到聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,通过热老化箱实验法、刚果红试纸法及热重法等多种方法对产品及其PVC复配系统的热稳定性能进行了研究。
Isooctyl thioglycolate and Barium hydroxide as raw materials, Barium bis (isooctyl thioglycolate) [ Ba (IOTG)2]had been synthesized. Some physical and chemical constants such as melt - point, decomposition temperature, infrared spectra and barium content of the product were first reported. It was added into PVC resin with organic antimony as stabilizer. The thermal stability of the resulted material was studied by ageing owen method, Congo red method and TG.
