LV-23抗钒催化剂在茂名石化二催化装置上的工业应用

摘要 茂名石油化工公司炼油厂Ⅱ套催化裂化装置近年加工国外原油比例加大,原料油中钒含量上升,催化剂钒污染严重,产品收率和产品质量受到严重的影响。试用LV—23抗钒催化剂后,产品收率、掺渣比均有所提高,催化剂消耗有所下降。平衡剂钒含量保持在4000~5000ppm的水平上,催化剂仍能保持较高的活性。 The 2nd Catalytic Cracking plant in Refinery of Maoming petrochemical Co. has increased its processing capabil-ity for imported crude oil recently. As a result, vanadium content in feedstock increases, catalyst vanadium is damaged severely, Consequently the yield and qualify of the products one seriously affected. After using anti-Vanadium catalyst LV- 23, both yield and ratio of adding residue increase, while catalyst consumption decreases. The catalyst can remain high activity when balancing agent vanadium keep at 4000 - 5000ppm.
