摘要 碳纤维增强碳(C/C)复合材料是由沥青基碳纤维粗纱编织的多层织物和煤沥青基体构成的, 本次实验研究了两种C/C多层织物复合材料和一种平纹编织C/C布复合材料,测试了弯曲、剪切和压 缩强度。根据不同跨距一高度比下的三点弯曲试验结果,表明C/C1多层织物复合材料具有高的剪切性 能,多层织物复合材料的分层断裂比平纹编织C/C布复合材料具有更高的层间断裂韧性。 Carbon fiber-renforced carbon(C/C) composites are made of multi-layer fabrics that are woven with pitch-based carbon fiber rovings and coal-tar pitch matrixes. Experimental studies for two kinds of C/C multi-layer fabric composites and a plain woven C/C cloth are carried out. Bending, shear stress, and compression are tested. Based on the results of three-point bending tests with different ratios of span-to-depth, the C/C1 multi-layer fabric composite has been shown to possess a high-shearing property. Delamination fractures of the multi-layer fabric composites have a higher interlaminar fracture toughness than plain woven C/C cloth composites.
