嗜蜡菌种的筛选、性能评价及在低渗透油藏的现场应用 被引量:14

摘要 针对微生物清防蜡技术进行了微生物学及采油工程学研究 ,通过实验室筛选、性能评价 ,优选出对石蜡降解率达 19%的混合菌种L1,经过工业化生产可将嗜蜡菌发酵成每毫升不低于 2× 10 8个细菌的菌液。通过实验室研究及现场应用可以看出 :所应用的嗜蜡菌基本可将固体石蜡利用在 10 %以上 ,好的可达到 2 0 %左右。嗜蜡菌可将长链烃降解成短链烃。嗜蜡菌可通过多种综合作用降低原油凝固点。对包 3 3 2 4井进行吞吐清防蜡施工 ,关井 3d ,细菌可在地层中增殖并保持一定的活性。通过微生物防蜡吞吐措施可使油井产量增加 ,含水下降 。 Microbiology and oil production engineering are applied for removing and preventing paraffin with microbe. After lab screening and performance evaluation, mixed bacteria, L1 is selected (19% paraffin degradation) whose paraffin thirsty bacteria can be fermented into bacteria fluids(>2×10 8 bacteria/mL) by industrial production. From lab test and site application, it is observed that the applied paraffin thirsty bacteria can make use of over 10% solid paraffin, 20% some times. Besides, paraffin thirsty bacteria will degrade long chain hydrocarbon into short one, and reduce crude solidifying point through multi actions. Taking well 3324 for example, it was shut in for 3 days but the bacteria still reproduced and kept certain activity. By applying paraffin prevention and soaking with microbe, oil well production will increase, watercut decrease, hot wash eliminated or reduced.
