环烷酸盐和石油磺酸盐在稠油开采中的应用研究

利用炼油下游产品研制开发环烷酸盐和石油磺酸盐 ,作为辅助吞吐热采添加剂 ,来解决新疆油田分公司采油一厂在稠油开发过程中出现的产油量迅速下降等问题。对环烷酸盐和石油磺酸盐产品进行了室内评价 ,结果表明 ,减压二线馏分环烷酸盐和石油磺酸盐工业产品作为热采添加剂在技术上是可行的 ,其理化性质达到了热采添加剂的技术要求。在热采井上采用蒸汽吞吐加环烷酸盐或石油磺酸盐工艺 ,可降低热采成本 ,提高原油产量。其施工工艺简单 ,不需要配备特殊设备 ,是一种投入少、见效快的工艺方法。在现场应用后取得了较好的效果。

Naphthenicate and oil sulfonate produced from downstream products as auxiliary additives for steam soaking has successfully solved the oil production sharp decline in No.1 Oil Production Factory of Xinjiang oilfield branch company. Indoors evaluation for these two products indicate their application feasibility because of their physical & chemical properties reach the technical requirements. Furthermore, this process will reduce thermal production cost, increase oil production, require simple construction technique and just conventional equipment. At last, it is a kind of low cost but quick return technique. Good effect has been achieved in site.
