摘要
针对目前抽油机井有效功率计算公式不适应抽油机井油气水混合液易压缩多相流的实际情况 ,指出抽油泵的工作过程更类似于活塞式压缩机的工作原理。依据抽油泵的理论循环指示图 ,导出抽油泵有效功率计算的新公式。分析公式表明 ,新公式考虑了油气水混合液的可压缩性 ,抽油泵的输入功率由两部分组成 :①将油气水三相混合液流由流量Qs、压力 ps 增加到流量Qd、压力pd 所消耗的功率 ;②将流量为Qgs的自由气由压力ps 增加到pd
Based on the theoretical cyclic indicating diagram of oil well pumps, new equation for calculating the wattful power of the subsurface pump is derived. The new equation concerns the compressibility of oil-gas-water mixture. The power input of the subsurface pump is comprised of two parts: (1) the power consumed in increasing the flow rate Q s and pressure p s of the three-phase mixture to Q d and p d; (2) the power consumed in increasing the pressure p s of free gas with a flow rate of Q gs to p d.
