摘要
在旋冲钻井技术应用的基础上 ,对旋冲钻井破岩特点进了描述 ,论述了旋冲钻井技术应用对钻头寿命的影响以及旋冲钻井工具 (液动射流式冲击器 )的工作原理和室内研究 ,确定了旋冲钻井参数 ,进行了现场 6次入井试验 ,试验表明旋冲钻井工艺技术在深井钻井中应用 ,可提高机械钻速 2 0 %～ 160 %,为深井快速钻井探索出了一条有效的途径 ,丰富了深井钻井技术内容。
The rotary percussion drilling technology has been widely used in oil and gas well drilling. The rock cutting characteristics in percussion drilling are described and its influence on bit life, together with the working principle of the rotary percussion drilling system is also investigated. By laboratory study, the rotary percussion drilling parameters are determined and six field tests are conducted. Tests show that the use of this technology in deep well drilling can improve the penetration rate by 20%-160%, and this technology is very effective for the fast drilling of deep wells.
