东北管网热媒炉运行工况测试与分析

Measurement and Analysis on Operating State of Heat Medium Heaters in the Northeast Oil Pipeline Network

通过对东北管网在役热媒炉的全面调查与测试,提出了热媒炉在热效率、负荷率、空气过剩系数和排烟温度等方面存在的问题,并对这些问题进行了分析。根据分析结果,在提高热媒炉自控技术含量、合理分配负荷、热媒炉尾部防腐等方面提出了相应建议,并在加强热媒炉技术管理方面提出了设想。

The on-line investigation and measurement on operating state of heat medium heaters in the northeast oil pipeline network have been made. The problems existing in heat efficiency,load rate,excess air ratio and flue gas discharge temperature of heat medium heaters have been analyzed. Based on the analytic results, the corresponding suggestions in enhancing the automatic control technology of the heaters,reasonably utilizing the load and controlling the heater rear's corrosion are put forward,and the concept on improving the technological management of heat medium heaters are given.
