摘要
吸入压力脉动是离心泵气蚀的重要特征之一。现文在气蚀发展的不同阶段 ,测试了吸入压力脉动信号的自相关函数图形 ,分析认为 ,自相关技术是诊断离心泵气蚀故障的有效手段 。
Suction pressure fluctuantion is one of the important characteristics of cavitations in centrifugal pump. In this paper, autocorrelation curves of the pressure fluctuant signals were detected and analyzed in the different phrases of the cavitations. It can be concluded that autocorrelation analysis technology is an effective method to detect cavitations. Results are helpful to the cavitations diagnosis in centrifugal pump.
