通过对活性染料及其印花工艺的分析 ,介绍了活性染料印花过程中白地沾污产生的原因。选用直接性低的染料 ,严格控制pH值、时间、温度及加强水洗等方法以减少水解染料 。

This paper analyses the reactive dyes and its printing processes,and introduces the reason of background contamination to reactive dyes in printing.To choose the low substantivity,and control the pH,time,temperature strictly,and strengthen washing,so as to decrease the hydrolysed dyes and improve its fixation.
