摘要
我国是棉籽饼粕生产大国,本文对棉籽饼粕中的抗营养因子及其脱除方法进行了论述,从而为其作为蛋白资源在饲料工业中的应用创造了良好的前提条件。
Some antinutritional factors such as gossypol,phytic acid,cyclo-propenoid fatty acid,afla-toxin,along with their effects on the bioav ailability and some removal methods are reviewed.
