摘要 食品中异物的存在是生产者和消费者特别关注的事情。在粉状食品和流态状食品中,基于异物形状和尺寸的机械分离技术已经应用许多年了。光学检测拓展了在流态食品中根据其形状和颜色检测异物的范围。金属检测器能够发现食品中的金属颗粒。随着传感器技术和计算机计算功能的提高,许多更先进的系统被开发。本文综述了保证食品质量的异物检测方法,及这些技术的基本原理。 More and more producers and consume rs pay their attention to the presence of foreign matter in food.Mechanical separation tech niques have been used for many years f or separating foreign matter in powdered and fluidized products based on size and weight.Optical inspec tion techniques extend the range of detectable foreign objects according to shape and color in free-flowi ng materials.Metal detectors en-able metallic particles in food be fo und.With the improvement of sensor t echniques and computing power,more advanced detection systems are developed.The foreign matte r detections ensuring food quality were summarized and their pr inciples of operation and application were discussed.
