A Study on Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric Determimation of the feed additive of Sodium Benzoate

研究了苯甲酸钠的紫外分光光度法测定 ,实验证明 :该方法可以快速、准确地测定饲料中的苯甲酸钠的含量。样品最小检出量为 0 .0 0 14mg/ml,回收率达 96 %。

An Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric determination of the feed additive of sodium benzoate was studied. The result showed that the method was rapid and accurate, the detection limit of sodium benzoate in samples was 0.001 4 mg/ml and the recovery of sodium benzoate was about 96%. This provids a new method for quick determination of sodium benzoate in feed industry.
