摘要
利用天然可食用物作沉淀剂 ,然后加入无毒无味的去色剂HLA生成不溶物 ,吸附酒体中的色素 ,经过滤可得酒体透明、卫生理化指标符合国家有关规定的饮品 .该方法成本低、工艺简单、效果好 。
Natural and edible precipitate and decolorizer(HLA),which is poisonless and odorless are used to absorb yellow color from the wine.Results show that the beverage is clear,its sanitary and physiochemical properties agree with the stipulation of the nation.The technology has been put into practice by many factories.It is acceptable because of poor cost,simple process and good effect.
