摘要
纤维在水中或其它液体介质中的分散性能是影响纸页质量或其它湿法成型纤维材料质量的主要因素。评价纤维的分散性可以直接检测分析产品 ,也可以直接观察和比较纤维 介质分散体系中的现象。利用“拥挤因子”可以较好地评价与判断纤维在水中的分散性和絮聚性。本文介绍了拥挤因子的定义 。
The quality of paper or other fiber materials made with wet_laid process is mainly affected by the dispersion of fibers in water or other liquid medium.The evaluation of fiber dispersion can be made either by determining the paper or fiber products directly,or by observing and comparing the phenomena in the fiber_medium system.The 'Crowding factor'can be used to characterize flocculation or dispersion of fibers in water suspension.The definition of crowding factor,the effects on crowding factor and the relation between crowding factor and fiber dispersion are introduced in this paper.
