对发展中国白酒行业的思考

Thought of the Development of Liquor-making Industry in China

中国蒸馏白酒历史悠久 ,传统工艺精湛 ,随着科学技术的进步 ,得到了空前的发展。在继承传统的基础上 ,坚持科技创新、发挥特色优势是名优白酒获得成功的关键。通过对中国蒸馏白酒的历史渊源、社会地位、特点等分析 ,笔者导出了对中国白酒发展方向的思考 ,以此作为21世纪发展中国蒸馏白酒的参考。

Liquor-making industry in China famous for its long history and unique traditional techniques has achieved unprecedented accomplishments in recent years with the development of sciences and technologies. Except for inheritance of traditional techniques, practice of technical innovations and making full advantages of distinguishing properties are also keys to the success of liquor-making industry. This paper illustrated the author′s thought of the development trend of liquor-making industry in 21st century in China by analysis of the liquor history, social status of liquor and liquor properties for reference.(Tran by.YUE Yang)
