苏云金杆菌可溶性增效物质的增效活性 被引量:4

摘要 浓缩上清液分别与发酵液、菌浆混配可获得毒力为 80 0 0IU/ μl和 1 6 0 0 0IU/ μl的悬浮剂。增效粉同原粉按不同比例混配 ,对甜菜夜蛾增效倍数最高可达 1 1 1 4倍。当MP 342原粉和增效粉以质量分数 1∶2~ 4的比例混合时 ,可生产 32 0 0 0IU/mg和 6 40 0 0IU/mg的粉剂产品。增效粉经过 54℃处理 3d后增效作用维持在初始增效活性的 70 %左右 ,不再继续下降。贮存 1 3个月的液剂上清液增效倍数较起始增效倍数下降近 50 %。 The stability and the activity of water soluble potentiator were carried out in present study. Liquid formulation with efficacy of 8000IU/μl and 16000IU/μl could be made by mixing concentrated supernatant with fermentation broth and sludge, respectively. The toxicity to Spodoptera exigua could increase 11 14 times when mixing MP 342 technical powder with potentiator powder at the ratio of 1∶10. 32000IU/mg and 64000IU/mg powder preparations were obtained at the mixing ratio of 1∶2-4 of the technical powder and potentiator powder. The powder potentiator was relatively stable, it maintained 70% of original activity after 14d treatment at 54℃. The potentiator activity of supernatant in liquid formulation decreased about 50% after 13 months storage at room temperature.
