摘要
用卵磷脂、十八胺、胆固醇为原料 ,用超声波乳化逆相蒸发制备PST脂质体 ,并在 - 6 5℃冷冻干燥形成固体。测定粒径、颗粒形态、Zeta电位DSC等 ,研究其物理稳定性 ,发现冻干样品性质稳定。
In this experiment the Lquid PST liposome was made by supersonic and was made to be the solid liposome in -65℃ by cooled drier.The sample's physical stability was unalyzed by eleetronmicrosope, DSC et al.It was proved that the diameter of the cooled drier sample was bigger and its physical stability was improved.
