摘要
本文分析了鸦胆子的主要组份和鸦胆子仁油的一些主要理化指标 ,测定结果表明 :鸦胆子粗脂肪的平均含量为 2 0 5 % (干基 ) ,鸦胆子仁油的粗脂肪含量高达 5 6 9% .鸦胆子的粗蛋白含量为 4 4% (鸦胆子仁的粗蛋白含量为 1 6% ) .鸦胆子仁油的一些理化指标 :皂化值为1 98 0 ,碘值为 98 3,不皂化物 0 75 % .经气相色谱分析 ,鸦胆子仁油主要由棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸构成 .其中油酸含量达到 63 3% ,亚油酸为 2 1 2 % .因此 。
The components of Brucea javjinica(1.)Merr.and the physicochemical indexes of its oil were analyzed.The results showed that crude fat contents in Brucea javjnica(1.)Merr.and its kernel were 20.55 and 56.9% respectively.The crude protein in Brucea javjnica(1.)Merr.and its kernel were 4.45 and 1.6% respectively.The main physical and chemical properties of the kernel were analyzed.The soaponification value(SV)was 198,the iodine value(IV)was 98.3.The content of unsoaponificable matter was 0.75%.The main fatty acid components of Brucea javjnica(1.)Merr.kernel oil were palmitic acid(P),stearic acid(St).oleic acid(O),linoleic acid(L)by gas chromatography analysis.The contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid could reach 63.3% and 21.2%.On the basis of the analysis data,Brucea javjnica(1.)Merr.kernel oil would be developed and utilized in the future.
