摘要
本文用乙醇水浴法对玉米不同部位中黄酮含量进行比较研究 .结果表明 :吉林玉米须 (黄 )的黄酮含量最高 ,为 1 43 9mg/g;浙江杭州玉米粒 (白 )的黄酮含量最低 ,为 1 1 6mg/g;吉林玉米(黄 )与浙江农科院玉米 (黄 )的黄酮含量远大于浙江杭州玉米 (白 )黄酮含量 .同时也对玉米的主要营养成分进行初步的比较探讨 。
The flavinoids content and in different parts of corn using water bath has been studied.The results demonstrate that flavonoid in Jilin yellow corn beards is the highest,143.9 mg/g,while grains of Zhejiang Hangzhou has the lowest content of 116 mg/g.The contents of Jilin yellow and Zhejiang Nong Ke Yuan corn are much high than that of Zhejiang Hangzhou. In addition,the contents of main nutritive components are also discussed.This provides important theoretical foundation for future development of corn.
