摘要
通过设备和工艺的设计和优化 ,在大气压下获得了均一、稳定的等离子体源。并应用它对PBT熔喷非织造布表面改性 ,讨论了处理时间、极板间距、放电气体等因素对改性效果的影响及改性效果的时效。结果表明 :改性后材料的润湿性明显改善 ,时效优良。该设备工艺相对其他材料表面改性方法有显著优点 ,非常具有推广价值。
In this paper a uniform distribution of discharges in atmospheric pressure is achieved using improved DBD equipment and technique. The satisfactory surface modification on Blood-filtering material of PBT melt-blown nonwoven has been performed by the discharges. It has been investigated that the influences of treatment time, the gap distance between the electrodes and gases on the increase and stabilization of the wettability of the material. The results of experiment demonstrate that in comparison to the common plasma treatment in low pressure the equipment and the technique presented in this work has advantages of convenient and economic for industrial application.
