RP-HPLC法测定降脂通脉胶囊中姜黄素的含量

Determination of Curcumin in JiangZhiTongMai Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的 :建立降脂通脉胶囊中姜黄素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,使用 C18柱 ,甲醇∶水∶醋酸( 75∶ 2 5∶ 0 .1)为流动相 ,检测波长 :42 2 nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,姜黄素的平均加样回收率为 98.0 5 % ,RSD为 1.78%。结论 :方法简便可靠 ,分离度较好 ,结果稳定 。

To develop a method to determine the content of Curcumin in JiangZhiTongMai Capsules.Methods:Reversed Phase HPLC was used to determine the content of Curcumin in JiangZhiTongMai Capsules.The separation was performed on Kromasil C 18 column with methanol∶water∶Acetic Acid(75∶25∶0 2)as a mobile phase and the wave length of UV detector was 422 nm.Results:The linearity of this method was good,the average recovery of Curcumin was 98 95%,RSD was 1 78%.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable.It also shows good separating degree and stable result which can be used in quality control of JiangZhiTongMai Capsules.
