摘要
废物最少化是美国首创的一项减少废物发生、降低废物处理与处置费用,使环境保护与企业生产目标结合起来的制度。本文介绍了废物最少化的定义、形成机制、意义、实施组织体系、实施程序、着手环节、成功要点以及废物最少化的特点,并从应用基础与困难等方面分析了废物最少化在我国的应用前景。
Waste minimization is a management system initiated by the Unitod States of America to reduce waste production amount and waste treatment and disposal costs and to combine the production goats of enterprises with environmental protection. The definition, mechanism of waste minimization system, enforcement organization network and procedure, tips for setting up waste minimization progranit essential requirements of successful waste minimization project and characters of waste minimization system arc introduced in the paper, and its application basis and difficulties in China arc anatyzed.
