摘要
①目的 使用B超监测卵泡发育和子宫内膜厚度并预测排卵时间 ,指导临床治疗不孕症。②方法监测 16 5例不孕症病人 2 6 2个周期的卵泡发育、排卵以及子宫内膜的厚度。③结果 自然周期异常发育卵泡的发生率为 19.2 7% ,尿促性素促排卵 (HMG)周期卵泡未发育或未能排卵的周期占 7.30 % ;HMG周期中正常发育的卵泡在排卵前 1~ 2d发育速度较自然周期快 ;正常发育的卵泡 82 .6 %发育至直径 2 1mm后排卵 ,估计排卵时间为(2 3 .42± 12 .46 )h ;HMG周期排卵日子宫内膜的厚度比自然周期明显增厚。④结论 B超可以监测卵泡和子宫内膜的发育 。
Objective To monitor the follicular development and thickness of uterus endomembrane by sonography so as to guide the therapy for female infertility.\ Methods The follicular development , ovulation and the thickness of uterus endomembrane of 262 menstrual cycles in 165 infertile women were monitored. \ Results The abnormal development rate of follicles was of 19.27% in the natural menstrual cycles. In HMG cycles, undeveloped follicles or non-ovulatory cycles were found to account for 7.30% . The development velocity of normally developed follicles in HMG cycles was faster than that of natural cycles 1 to 2 days before ovulation. Of normally developed follicles, 82.6% of them ovulated till 21mm in diameter, the estimated ovulation time was (23.42±12.46) hours. The thickness of uterus endomembrane in HMG cycles was thicker than that in natural cycles. \ Conclusion Sonography may monitor the development of follicle and uterus endomembrane. It is of greater value for the diagnosis and therapy for female infertility.
