针对近几年我国房地产市场出现的前所未有的大好机遇 ,根据我国大、中城市房地产市场反馈的信息 ,结合我国建设部权威专家对房地产发展的政策性看法以及我国房地产市场的现状 ,提出了如何抓住机遇 ,进一步拓展房地产经营领域的几点意见。

The thesis is directed under the most favorable circumstances of our real estate market in recent years. According to our country, especially the information of our big and middle cities' real estate market, combining the expert view of policy of real estate development and the present situation of real estate market, the thesis proposes how to catch the favorable circumstances and some opinions on expanding the field of real estate operation.
