联合检测TSGF、NSE和CA_(125)对肺癌诊断价值的探讨

Study of diagnostic value of simultaneous detection of(TSGF、NSEand CA125)of three tumor markers in patients with lung cancer

目的 探讨恶性肿瘤生长因子 (TSGF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)及血清糖链抗原 12 5 (CA1 2 5)等三项指标联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法 TSGF采用分光光度比色法 ,NSE及 CA1 2 5采用酶联免疫法。结果 肺癌组 (n=6 5 )三项指标均明显高于肺良性病变组 (n=6 7)和健康对照组 (n=73) (P<0 .0 1)。TSGF对肺癌诊断的敏感性为 86 .9% ,特异性为 91.11% ;NSE敏感性为 46 .17% ,特异性为 93.2 3% ;CA1 2 5敏感性为 5 6 .43%、特异性为 84.72 %。三项指标中如以三项阳性作为肺癌诊断依据 ,则阳性率为 41.35 % ,对照组无 1例阳性。结论 TSGF、 NSE、 CA1 2 5三项指标对肺癌的诊断有一定价值 ,三者联合检测有明显的互补性 。

Objective\ To study diagnostic value of simultaneous detection of three tumor markers(tumor specific growth factor,TSGF,neuron specific enolaes,NSE:carbohydrate chain antigen 125,CA 125 )in patients with lung cancer.Methods TSGF was measured by septometer method.NSE and CA125 were measured by Enzymelinkde immenosorbert assay.Results The level of three tumor marker in lung cancer group(n=65)was higher than that of benign lung disease group(n=67)and control group(n=73)(P<0 01) The sensitivity of TSGF to lung cancer was 86 9% and specificity was 91 1%;The sensitivity of NSE was 46 17% and specificity was 93 23%;The sensitivity of CA 125 was 56 43% and specificity was 84 72% By three positive indexes in three tumor markers as diagnostic base on lung cancer,the positive rate was 41 35% But no positive case was found in benign lung diseases group and control group Conclusion The three indexes have diagnostic value to lung cancer and simultaneous detection has obvious complementarity And it can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of lung cancer
