前列腺癌细胞增殖与细胞凋亡的临床意义

Clinic significance of cell preliferation and apoptosis in prostate cancer

目的 研究前列腺癌细胞增殖与细胞凋亡的关系 ,以探讨其临床意义。方法 5 6例前列腺癌和 2 0例良性前列腺增生症 ,应用免疫组化方法检测石蜡包埋的组织切片中细胞增殖指数 (Ki- 6 7L I)和应用原位末端标记(TUNEL )技术检测细胞凋亡指数 (AI)。结果 Ki- 6 7L I和 AI与前列腺癌 Gleason分级无关 ,Ki- 6 7L I和 AI在前列腺癌组织中的表达明显高于良性前列腺增生症 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 应用免疫组化方法检测前列腺癌组织中 Ki- 6 7L I和应用 TUNEL 技术检测 AI的表达 。

Objective\ To investigate relationship between rate of proliferation and apoptosis index to further understand the tumor biology of prostate cancer.Methods\ Fifty six patients with histologically proven prostate cancer and 20 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).The Ki 67 labeling index(Ki 67 LI)was stained by MIB 1 monoclonal antibody using immunohistochemistry.The apoptostic index(AI)by the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transterase mediated dUTP biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL)technique on serial sections of formalin fixed,paraffin embedded tissues.Results\ We did not observe any associations between Ki 67 and AI to Gleason score in prostate cancer.Ki 67 LI and AI were significantly higher in prostate cancer compared to BPH(P<0 05) Conclusions\ Our data indicates that Ki 67 LI by immunohistochemistry and AI by TUNEL may be a useful clinic predictor in the tumor biology and prognostic significance of prostate cancer.
