Study on the Problems of the Private Entrepreneurs in Zhejiang Province

该文主要论述了民营企业和民营企业家的概念、民营企业家的生成途径、企业家人力资本价值的计量、民营企业家的素质和综合评价指标体系、民营企业家族制、浙江省民营企业家队伍现状和发展对策等问题 。

This paper mainly discusses such problems as the concepts of private enterprises and private entrepreneurs respectively, the latter's coming into being, the gauge of the entrepreneurs' human capital value, the quality of the entrepreneurs and the comprehensive appraisement index system, the family system of the private enterprises, the status quo and the development strategy of the entrepreneurs in Zhejiang province, etc. Based on this, the problems about the private entrepreneurs are studied comprehensively.\;
