The paper analyzes the theoretical basis and necessity of senior citizen's sharing the achievement of social economy. The author thinks that not only retirees' pension should be adjusted timely according to the degree to which social economy develops and people's life is improved, but also the achievement should be shared by retirees in the same working unit according to the degree to which employees' life is improved.
