DMBT1基因在结肠癌组织内的表达及其临床意义

EXPRESSION OF THE DMBT1 GENE IN COLON CARCINOMA AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

为探讨DMBT1基因表达与结肠癌转移的关系 ,应用RT PCR的方法检测结肠癌组织及其相应癌旁正常组织内DMBT1基因的表达。结果显示 ,结肠癌组织内及其相应癌旁正常组织内DMBT1基因的表达率分别为 36 1% (13/ 36 ) ,91 7% (33/ 36 ) ;伴有淋巴结转移的癌组织DMBT1表达率 (13 0 % )均低于不伴淋巴结转移的组织 (76 9% ) (P <0 0 5 ) ;肿瘤浸润至深肌层以下DMBT1表达率降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;Dukes分期A +B期表达率为 73 3% (11/ 15 ) ,C +D为 9 5 % (2 / 2 1) ,两者有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。实验表明 ,DMBT1基因表达率降低与结肠癌转移存在相关性 。

To study the relationship between the expression of the DMBT1 gene in colon carcinoma and its clinical significance. Expression of the DMBT1 gene in colon carcinoma was measured by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (PT PCR). RT PCR amplification demonstrated that 13 of 36 (36 1%) cases showed an apparent reduction in DMBT1 mRNA in tumor tissues compared with paired normal tissues. Furthermore, the expression of the DMBT1 gene mRNA was reduced in the tumor tissues with lymph nodes metastasis, depth invasion and Dukes`s classification ( P <0 05).These findings suggest that DMBT1 gene may play an important role in colon carcinoma metastasis.
