摘要
通过研究两个甘蓝型油菜 (BrassicanapusL )亲本材料“宁A6”和“宁R1”带柄子叶外植体不定芽再生能力 ,探明了 6BA和AgNO3 浓度对外植体不定芽再生能力影响效果 ,并确定了促进两种不同基因型甘蓝型油菜不定芽再生的最适 6BA和AgNO3 浓度。组织学观察表明 。
The studies on the abilities of adventitious shoots regeneration from cotyledonary explants of 'Ning A6' and 'Ning R1'( Brassica napus L.)revealed the effects of different concentrations of 6BA and AgNO 3 on their regeneration,and confirmed the optimal concentration of 6BA and AgNO 3 promoting regeneration of Ning A6 and Ning R1.Histological observation showed that adventitious shoots derived from the vascular bundle tissue of the end of cotyledon petiole.
